Trans-PRK (also called No-Touch or No-Cut laser surgery) skips that step entirely — a single laser removes both the epithelium and reshapes the cornea in one continuous, hands-free pass. This means no instruments ever touch the eye, making Trans-PRK the safer, more precise, and more comfortable option.
